1. Meditate– even if it’s for a few minutes a day. Easing your mind can help ease your stress and anxiety level.
2. Breath– when you are stressed, take the time to focus on your breathing. One way to do this is to sit up straight, and close your eyes, and take deep breaths in and out.
3. Reach out– having a support system like your parents, family, or friends is key in reducing your stress levels. When you are stressed it is better to talk about it with somebody rather than keep it all in.
4. Exercise– not only is exercising great for your body it is great in reducing stress.
5. Laugh/Smile– the best medicine is Laughter! Instead of focusing on the negative aspects in life, focus on the positive things that are occurring in your life at that particular moment.
